Our first priority is quality assurance, so we regularly perform global monitoring of the quality controls of the members of FINEXPERTIZA networks.
In order to achieve quality and comply with the International Standard on Quality Control, national laws on quality control, we implement the following:
- the companies established policies and procedures that ensure high quality services;
- management responsibilities are assigned so that commercial considerations do not override the quality of work performed;
- regular training is carried out to improve the quality of work and develop skills and professional competence of staff;
- performance evaluation, compensation and promotion with regard to its personnel are based on the quality of work;
- provision of sufficient resources for development and documentation of its quality control policies and procedures;
- our special departments and divisions of quality control organize and ensure effective operation of the quality control system.
