Russian Post cancels presenting passports

Russians can receive registered letters and parcels without presenting their passport and filling out a postal notice in post offices. So they need an electronic signature to be created either at the post office or on the website through registration. The new rule applies to mailing items that do not require payment. It is expected that the duration of giving letters and parcels will be five time less due to this change.
