Remote accounting work. The government of Udmurtia to put accounting in remote mode

The government of Udmurtia has developed a "roadmap" to centralize accounting and HR records in the state institutions. Starting from September 1, 2018, a unified HR service will be organized within the state executive bodies. The bodies of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism will outsource accounting services. Experts differ in assessing the effectiveness of these measures. Some talk about savings of 20-30% and increase of efficiency, while others point to the inconsistency of centralization and a high risk of errors.
