Russia sees the lowest birth rate over the last 10 years. Nina Kozlova’s comment to Nezavisimaya Gazeta

Rosstat has reported that in 2017 birth rates fell by 11%. The same trend was observed in early 1990s. The last year saw the lowest birth rate over almost 10 years: 11.5 per 1000 citizens. Experts mention the eco of the demographic downtrend of the 90s, but it is not the only reason.
