On 27 October FinExpertiza held a conference themed “Establishment of a shared services center – step by step”

Representatives of RN-Uchet spoke about the experience of transfer of Rosneft accounting functions to a shared services center (SSC). Methodologists of FinExpertiza drew the audience’s attention to the importance of electronic document management to ensure effective functioning of SSC.

Boris Aksyonov, First Deputy Head of Material and Technical Resources Planning and Regulation Department, JSC RZD, gave a report on issues of integration of a SSC with fiscal authorities.

The conference also featured a master class on preparation for restructuring of an accounting service, via establishment of a SSC.
