Oksana's career path could be an example for many young experts who have only started to work in our company.

Oksana came to FinExpertiza in 1999 as an administrator. Then she mastered a new profession and received a second higher education, and got a position in accounting. Three years later she was appointed as Chief Accountant.

While working, Oksana continued her education. She got MBA in one of the most prestigious Russian business schools and in 2005 she became the Financial Director of the company. A year later Oksana was appointed the Deputy General Director on Audit. From 2009 till 2013 Oksana was the Deputy General Director, running several strategic areas.

Oksana's achievements were highly appreciated by the professional community. According to "1000 most professional managers of Russia" annual rating made up by Association of Russian Managers and the Kommersant publishing house, in 2005 Oksana Timonina was included in the list of 200 top financial directors. A year later, her name was included in TOP-14 financial directors in the field of professional services.

In 2013 Oksana Timonina left the company. Her professionalism, knowledge, skills and management style that she developed in FinExpertiza turned out to be useful in a big Russian company where Oksana was invited as a top manager. She is still working there having good memories of work in FinExpertiza. Oksana became one of best "graduates" of our company, we are very proud of her and wish her every success in her career!

In 2000 Nina began to work in the company as an auditor. Further on, Nina Kozlova participated in big projects and proved to be capable of dealing with the most complicated tasks, so she paved her way from the position of an accounting and tax advisor to the Head of Accounting, Tax and Law Advisory Department to be appointed the General Director of OOO FinExpertiza in 2012. In 2015 Nina became the Managing Partner of ACG FinExpertiza.

As the company's director and key expert, Nina Kozlova actively participates in the work of professional community and regularly represents FinExpertiza in Mass Media. She is among the speakers of the largest economic, industry and professional forums, popular talk-shows and TV programs on business, social and economic topics. Her interviews and comments are published in the main federal Mass Media.

Svetlana began her career in FinExpertiza in 2004. She made her first steps in the company as a Client Service Coordinator. Thanks to her energy, her ability to get on with various people, regardless of their positions and social status, and, surely, her working capacity, she managed to climb a career ladder very fast. So, very soon she became Head of the Sales Department, and then was appointed Head of Research & Development Department. She has been the Commercial Director since 2011.

Svetlana tries to be aware of the latest market changes and trends taking place both in the professional community and in the Russian business as a whole. That is why she never misses any important events and always participates in economic and industry-specific forums and conferences. Svetlana always learns important information about novelties and the latest trends from her colleagues and experts in various economic areas.
