The 2d annual conference "Transfer pricing: Practical aspects and effective solutions in regard to application of new Rules"

The second conference was held in Moscow, and it focused on issues of transfer pricing. In this conference the General Director of OOO FinExpertiza Nina Kozlova held a panel discussion on topic "Practical experience of implementing the transfer pricing rules." There was a keen interest in the experience of applying the new rules by colleagues from TNK-BP/Rosneft. Alexey Ananiev from Raiffeisenbank told about difficulties encountered in preparing documents on controlled transactions, in particular the peculiarity of forming notifications related to them. Representatives of IRKUT Corporation and the EuroChem shared their practice in sphere of transfer pricing as well.
