FinExpertiza to conduct audit for Mosvodokanal

FinExpertiza won an open tender for the right to provide services on compulsory audit as to annual financial statements under Russian Accounting Standards for 2018.

Joint-Stock Company Mosvodokanal is the largest company in Russia providing services in water supply and sanitation for more than 15 million people (about 10% of the total population of the country). The company provides Moscow population with drinking water which meets the requirements of the leading countries as to quality criteria. At the same time, the tariffs for cold water supply in Moscow are 2-3 times less than in developed countries.

The company is a recognized technological leader in introduction of newest technologies. Mosvodokanal completely abandoned the use of liquid chlorine for disinfection of drinking water and switched to a safe solution of sodium hypochlorite. The Moscow water treatment plants use ozonosorption blocks, the largest in Russia, and a membrane filtration system.
