FinExpertiza will prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS for United Shipbuilding Corporation

FinExpertiza was named the winner as a result of the competition for preparation of consolidated financial statements for 2012 and 2013 under IFRS for JSC United Shipbuilding Corporation. Under the contract terms FinExpertiza also will hold seminars and trainings on IFRS issues for subsidiaries and dependent companies of the corporation.

JSC United Shipbuilding Corporation is the largest shipbuilding company in Russia. The state-owned company was established by the presidential decree in 2007. Almost all surface ships and submarines operated by the Russian Navy or exported have been developed in design offices of United Shipbuilding Corporation.
