FinExpertiza took an active part in the discussion of introduction of transfer pricing rules

On February, 20-21 the conference "Tax strategies and transfer pricing" was held in Moscow. FinExpertiza was a business partner in this conference. The conference included the discussion of actual issues on introduction of transfer pricing rules. Attention was also paid to the analysis of OECD's global initiatives on tax issues and latest changes in this area.

Presentations were made by representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, Rostelecom, VTB Capital, Eurochem, FinExpertiza, etc.

Victor Demidov, the director of Legal Consulting Department of FinExpertiza, described the features of mediation in relation to tax disputes.

ACG FinExpertiza's partner Nina Kozlova was a moderator in the second day's discussions dedicated to the analysis of transfer pricing rules. The report "Accounting for profits tax in a consolidated group of taxpayers" was presented by Igor Sukharev, the director of accounting and reporting methodology of the RF Ministry of Finance.

Marina Gubarets, the expert of the FinExpertiza's group of transfer pricing, held a panel discussion of problems faced by companies during introduction of transfer pricing rules, including the automation of business processes.
