FinExpertiza took part in the round table of the Council of the Federation Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Legal and Judicial Affairs and Civil Society Development

On April 24, the Council of the Federation arranged a round table to discuss legislative regulation of advisory and audit activities of foreign companies by the example of Russian and foreign companies. The event was organized by the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Legal and Judicial Affairs and Civil Society Development. The discussion was attended by representatives of various ministries and agencies, as well as biggest audit, consulting and legal companies – both Russian and foreign ones.

FinExpertiza was represented by Nina Kozlova, a managing partner, and Natalya Borzova, the Deputy General Director for Lending Institutions.

Nina Kozlova spoke about FinExpertiza experience in entering the international market, and told about new opportunities that opened up not only for FinExpertiza, but also for the entire audit market, thanks to FinExpertiza membership in the Forum of Firms. In particular, the report touched upon issues of transnational audit and information security in the course of audit and advisory services for Russian companies having strategic importance.
