FinExpertiza's Participation in Forum "Current Issues of State Property Management"

On 3 November, III All-Russian Forum "Current Issues of State Property Management" was held with support of Rosimushchestvo in the International Press Center MIA "Russia Today". The international audit and consulting network FinExpertiza was a strategic partner at the event.

This year the main topic of the discussion is measures to enhance the efficiency in corporate governance of Russian holdings and state-participation companies. The Forum brought together top managers of big Russian businesses and representatives of relevant ministries and agencies. At the event FinExpertiza was represented by Nina Kozlova, Managing Partner,Tatyana Podtikan, Partner, Director for Corporate Accounting Methodology, Evgeniy Shustov, Deputy Director for Management Consulting.

Evgeniy Shustov addressed the forum with the report on the long-term program for development of state-participation companies in the crisis.

Tatyana Podtikan took part in the round table discussion "Corporate Governance in Holdings". She familiarized the forum's participants with the ranking methods applied to subsidiaries and dependent companies, elaborated by FinExpertiza's specialists.The purpose of these methods is to assess a subsidiary's contribution in implementation of strategic and operational tasks facing companies within a group.

The event ended with the results announcement following the contest "Best Corporate Director of JSC with State Participation". Nina Kozlova presented awards to the winners at the award ceremony.
