FinExpertiza will continue to explore views of customers of Federal Passenger Company about the quality of transportation

FinExpertiza was named a winner based on the Federal Passenger Company's tender to monitor the customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided in the long-distance trains in 2014. Our company conducted a similar market research for the Federal Passenger Company in the previous year as well. The project involves an analysis of the impact of individual parameters on the overall customer satisfaction with the services provided in the long-distance trains as well as a development of proposals and recommendations to improve the quality of service.

The Federal Passenger Company is one of the largest Russian rail operators. Its core activities are to transport passengers and luggage over the long distance. The company was founded on the basis of the property of the Federal Passenger Directorate (a branch of JSC Russian Railways) in December 2009.
