FinExpertiza - to restate financial statements FSUE Rosmorport

Following the results of the tender, FinExpertiza will prepare 2010 financial statements under IFRS of FSUE Rosmorport.
About FSUE Rosmorport
Federal state unitary enterprise "Rosmorport" was set up in 2003 to contribute into development of the Russian sea transport infrastructure and higher competitiveness of the Russian seaports.
Currently, FSUE Rosmorport is developing and realizing over 20 investment projects of the sea transport infrastructure. These are namely construction of diesel and electrical engineed line icebreaker in the Baltic plant; construction of passenger terminal in the sea port of Saint Petersburg (Sea Facade Project); arrangement of ferry in the Baltic Sea between Leningrad and Kaliningrad Regions to ensure direct ferry communication of the Kaliningrad exclave with the main territory of the Russian Federation.
