FinExpertiza's report on transfer pricing at the conference of financial directors

Klara Vorobyova, Head of Department of Tax and Accounting Consulting of FinExpertiza, has reported on transfer pricing issues.
She has delivered a speech about increasing tax transparency and information exchange between countries in which Russian companies operate, and the structure of controlled transactions made in 2016.
Special attention has been paid to the largest tax disputes and the main factors that influenced decisions of arbitrazh courts.
The report has concluded with the legal basis for information exchange between countries, the convention on mutual administrative assistance in tax matters and a three-level system of documentation to be applied by companies in Russia.
The forum participants have also discussed the planned increase in the threshold of controlled transactions since the autumn of 2017.
