Ilgiz Baymuratov's speech about attracting investments in health resorts in the All-Russian Forum "Zdravnitsa-2017"

lgiz Baymuratov, General Director of FinExpertiza Network, addressed the All-Russian forum "Zdravnitsa-2017" dedicated to the development of health resorts. The expert focused on the attraction of investments in the industry and public-private partnership (PPP). One of the advantages of PPP in the health resort sector is the effectiveness of joint activities of the government and businesses on the expert's opinion. Public-private partnership allows for clear separation of responsibility and balanced distribution of risks.

XVII All-Russian forum "Zdravnitsa-2017" was held in the capital of Bashkortostan from 30 May to 1 June. In the Ufa congress hall, representatives of state authorities, participants of the health resort sector and entrepreneurs discussed the industry development. The Forum was organized by the Federation Council of Russia, the State Duma, the Presidential Affairs Department, the Federal Agency for Tourism, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Government of Bashkortostan, the National Resort Association, others.

The forum program comprised the international scientific congress devoted to the strategic importance of Russian resorts, round tables, symposiums, seminars, lectures, master classes, scientific and practical sections, as well as the All-Russian exhibition on achievements in the health resort sector.

The forum participants discussed the creation of tourist and recreational clusters, transformation of health resorts into joint-stock companies, attraction of private investments, public-private partnership/ They worked on mechanisms for support to investors and organizations that channel their resources into infrastructure projects for development of health resort complexes.
