FinExpertiza becomes a partner of XIII Russian M&A Congress

FinExpertiza acted as a partner of the XIII Russian M&A Congress, the leading M&A event in Russia, where industry leaders discussed current market trends, opportunities for strategists and investors, the future of the M&A industry, and other significant topics.

The congress included detailed discussions of the state of the Pre-IPO, IPO&SPO and private placement markets, legal aspects of M&A transactions, as well as the current situation and prospects for the development of M&A-Tech. Industry experts spoke on the use of stablecoins for making settlement under transactions and tax aspects of transactions in the technology sector.

The congress was attended by Svetlana Baburina, Development Director of FinExpertiza, Sergey Zubkov, Head of Accounting, Tax and Legal Consulting Department of FinExpertiza, and Alan Tukhvatullin, Project Manager of FinExpertiza Accounting, Tax and Legal Consulting Department.

The final event of the congress was the Russia M&A Awards ceremony.
