Practical seminar by Training Center "FinExpertiza" for small and medium-sized enterprises of Penza

The seminar’s topic was business processes and strategies of a small company in the constantly changing world: from a business idea to a business model.

"Business processes in companies of novice entrepreneurs are often spontaneous, and if their business starts increasing sharply, their enterprise is at risk of not coping with the circumstances due to inability to standardize business processes", noted Anna Sholina, Lecturer and Partner of FinExpertiza Training Center.

The seminar participants familiarized themselves with business processes, taking their own companies for example, learned how to work, using the method of optimizing company resources, explored the transition from spontaneous methods of doing business to the method of working according to targets. During the work, the speaker involved the participants in playing business games, in which they managed not only to get better acquainted and establish contacts, but also to analyze the state of affairs in their enterprises. The event was held as part of the training project "Business Literacy" organized by the Penza Region Development Corporation. The project is usually held from 23 August to 1 November.
