The National Rating Agency (NRA) has involved PwC in work on rating methodologies. Commentary from Natalia Borzova in “Kommersant”

NRA has not been accredited and included in the register by the Central Bank, and therefore its national ranking lists are currently not recognized for regulatory purposes. However, the partnership with PwC can change the situation. Cooperation of rating agencies and auditors uncommon for now in Russia or abroad is considered useful by experts for statistical assessment of credit ratings and defaults, as well as construction of scoring models.
