In 2000 Nina began to work in the company as an auditor. Further on, Nina Kozlova participated in big projects and proved to be capable of dealing with the most complicated tasks, so she paved her way from the position of an accounting and tax advisor to the Head of Accounting, Tax and Law Advisory Department to be appointed the General Director of OOO FinExpertiza in 2012. In 2015 Nina became the Managing Partner of ACG FinExpertiza.

As the company's director and key expert, Nina Kozlova actively participates in the work of professional community and regularly represents FinExpertiza in Mass Media. She is among the speakers of the largest economic, industry and professional forums, popular talk-shows and TV programs on business, social and economic topics. Her interviews and comments are published in the main federal Mass Media.

Marina Borisova, Head of Financial and Analytical Department (years in the company: 1999-2016)

Marina joined FinExpertiza in 1999 as a receptionist. So, Marina is our first secretary. When FinExpertiza was very small, a secretary had to deal with a variety of tasks. So Marina revised her major, improved her knowledge in accounting and a bit later she was appointed as an accountant. Having mastered all intricacies of the profession, first Marina became the Deputy Chief Accountant and then took charge of accounting departments of several companies of the group.

In 2010 Marina decided to study a new area of activity which is somewhat similar to accounting. Without holding on her previous achievements, she started virtually from scratch and moved to the Financial and Analytical Department as an ordinary employee. Her interest in the new area of activity was really immense, which helped her advance in her new career – in 2014 she took charge of the Financial and Analytical Department where she has been working so far.

Anna joined FinExpertiza in 2002 as a senior expert of the Financial and Analytical Department. For years of work in the company, Anna made a great career in financial management: first, she was promoted to the leading expert, later she was appointed Head of Treasury, then she came to run the Financial and Analytical Department, and finally, in 2014 she got the post of the Financial Director.

Quite logically, each step of Anna's career ladder was somehow related to the stages of the company's development, when we had to use new financial instruments and obtain new knowledge. For Anna, it was a perfect incentive for development and personal fulfilment.

Anna, rather modestly, explains her success simply by the fact that she loves her job and constantly broadens her horizons.
